    Hi, I’m Amy, a 55 year old mother and wife who works from home and sits most of the day. I strength train consistently 3 times a week and take daily walks for exercise but I would always have some sort of hip or low back issue before doing this program.     Hi, my name is Tim and I’m 65 years old. I am pretty active on the exercise front lifting weights for times a week and walking or riding my bike 3 or 4 times a week.
