Hi, Iβm Amy, a 55 year old mother and wife who works from home and sits most of the day. I strength train consistently 3 times a week and take daily walks for exercise but I would always have some sort of hip or low back issue before doing this program. Hi, my name is Tim and Iβm 65 years old. I am pretty active on the exercise front lifting weights for times a week and walking or riding my bike 3 or 4 times a week. My weight lifting includes a lot of compound exercises (squats, dead lifts, bench press, overhead press, etc.) utilized in a 5 by 5 progressive overload manner so Iβm constantly pushing myself by slowly increasing the weight lifted for these exercise. Before this program, my hips were so stiff from sitting at work, and I couldnβt get comfortable in a squat. By Day 2, I felt looser, and after 7 days, I was surprised how much deeper I could squat without pinching in my hip. Iβd recommend this to anyone who Is active but sits at a desk all day.
