Daniel King2024-08-23Just over 3 weeks ago I joined Mitch’s program because I’m constantly stiff and sore, especially in my lower body and being a father of a 3 year old and a 16 week old baby I needed something that I could do in a shorter space of time in the evening when I had a spare bit of time after work and kids were in bed, I first found Mitch on facebook and then signed up to emails and eventually signed up to the program and I have to say it’s excellent and so easy to follow and do especially if you have done any kinda training or program before, each program is only about 5 to 10 minutes long and once you watch the videos a few times it so easy to go on by yourself, as I said it’s only early days but my hip movement is so much better now and I’ve totally forgotten about my lower back pain because it’s actually gone!! I absolutely love the ease of these workouts, I’m currently doing the daily movements and hip program and hamstring reset program and even doing all three back to back in the evening is less then 30 minutes and I feel great and so glad I gave it a go! Long way to go yet but definitely gonna see this one out! And another plus is the speed Mitch gets back to you whenever you have a problem or question for him, very professional and helpful! If your like me and very short on time please give this a go it will transform your movement! His daily stretches have made a painful life more bearable. My life is with constant pain even with a pain pump. The stretches are working. Everyday my posture is getting better. I look forward to opening my email to find a new video of targeted stretching. I can access mani videos Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. I see Dr Mitch as my chiropractor as well and he is such a personable, understanding, and nice guy who really wants to help each of his patients. Highly recommend!!
