Your final session ties everything together by unlocking full hip rotation. This routine will help you move with more freedom, strength, and confidence in every direction.
Routine:
90/90 Hinge + Rotations — 10x
Supine Hip Capsule CARs — 10x
Side-Lying Hip CARs — 5x
Best Practices:
Move slow and controlled through each rotation.
Don’t rush — quality reps matter more than speed.
Repeat 2–3 times a day if hip rotation still feels limited.
Consistency across all 7 days is what delivers lasting results.
