Unlock Your Hips in 7-days Program

Day 7: Unlock Your Rotation

Your final session ties everything together by unlocking full hip rotation. This routine will help you move with more freedom, strength, and confidence in every direction.

Routine:

  1. 90/90 Hinge + Rotations — 10x

  2. Supine Hip Capsule CARs — 10x

  3. Side-Lying Hip CARs — 5x

Best Practices:

  • Move slow and controlled through each rotation.

  • Don’t rush — quality reps matter more than speed.

  • Repeat 2–3 times a day if hip rotation still feels limited.

  • Consistency across all 7 days is what delivers lasting results.
