Day 1: Unlock Your Hip Flexors

Start your 7-day journey by releasing one of the tightest areas in the body — your hip flexors. This routine will help you move easier, stand taller, and feel relief right away.

Routine:

  1. Tri-planar Hip Flexor Stretch — 15x

  2. Hip Extensions — 10x

  3. Supine Heel Taps — 10x

Best Practices:

  • Start slow if these moves are new to you.

  • Focus on smooth, controlled motion rather than speed.

  • If you have a lot of tension, repeat this routine 2–3 times throughout the day for best results.
